About TES
TES (Technical Entry Scheme) is another golden opportunity for aspirants to become officer in technical wings of Indian Army. Indian Army releases Notification for TES twice in a year generally in the month of July & December.
Selection Procedure
There is no written exam for this entry. Students are shortlisted (on the basis of JEE(Mains) CRL(Common rank List) or AIR(All India rank)) and those aspirants who got shortlisted called for Interview/SSB by Indian Army. Those aspirants who gets recommend in interview afterwards they have to clear the medical exams. Final Merit is prepared on the basis of interview marks and aspirants are called for Training in accordance with available vacancies.
Training
5 Year
Basic Military training :
1 Year in OTA ( Officers Training Academy, Gaya)
Technical Training :
Pre commission – 3 year (CME Pune or MCTE Mhow or MCEME Secunderabad)
Post commission – 1 year(CME Pune or MCTE Mhow or MCEME Secunderabad)
Eligibility
Educational Qualification : Class 12th passed with a minimum aggregate of 60 % marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in Board exam and aspirant must appeared in JEE (Mains) exam.
Gender : Only Male aspirants are allowed.
Age : Between the age of 16.5 and 19.5 (till the time of joining academy)

What OTS (Officers Training School) offers?
As Indian Army made mandatory for all aspirants to appeared in JEE(Mains) exam. In our 2 year school- coaching integrated residential programme for the class 10th passed students, we have designed our course in such a way that we covers the required syllabus and preparation for JEE exam so that aspirants can easily clear the cut off of TES exam.
