About AFCAT

AFCAT( Air Force Common Admission Test) exam is conducted by Indian Air force twice in a year generally in the month of February and August and notification for the same comes in the month of June and December to inducts aspirants as an officer in the Indian Air force. This entry is only for graduates aspirants.

Selection Procedure

It’s a two step selection procedure first Air Force Conducts written offline exam for the aspirants and those who clear the written exam called for interview (generally known as SSB(Service Selection Board)). Interviews are taken by the selection boards & air force. Those aspirants who gets recommend in interview afterwards they have to clear the medical exams. Final Merit is prepared on the basis of written and interview marks and aspirants are called for Training in accordance with available vacancies.

Training

Air force Academy, Dundigal, Telegana (74 weeks for flying and technical branches & 54 weeks for non technical branches.)

Eligibility

Educational Qualification : Graduation Passed or in final year of Graduation Course.

Gender : Both male & female

Age : Between the age of 20 and 26 (till the time of joining academy)

Vacancies

Approx 260 (Including Flying, Ground Duty (Technical & Non Technical))

OTS provides foundation course for the college or universities students considering the vast coverage of syllabus. We also provide Short duration 4 month course for those students who are in the final year of graduation or those who had completed their graduation.
